Such a great experience working with Mary.

She assisted us before we actually moved to SC and showed us plenty of different areas that she thought we would be interested in. We were not in SC for the beginning of our buying experience but she stayed on top of everything and answered any and all questions we had and had quick response time. Being a military family and purchasing our first new build, she assisted us with things we had no idea we were entitled to. We purchased and walked away with with money all with the help of Mary. Mary is heaven sent!

We moved from Alabama to SC last year and didn’t have the best experience with a previous realtor so we were hesitant to try another one. Mary has been amazing from day one! She negotiated a lot of things for us and it ultimately got us paid for buying a house. The process for buying a house was so easy and as stress free as it could’ve been. "Mary was, is, and will always be awesome! She was with us every step of the way. As ppl trying to buy a new build sight unseen from out of state , she was more than willing to send us updates and pictures of the home to see the progress. She was in contact with us and the construction manager the entire time, including the home inspection, showing us small thing we missed but needed to be aware of or bring up before closing. Highly recommend!"
